Spring Into Floral Dress--RESTOCK ALERT

We are absolutely obsessed with this multicolored, tiered dress. It includes a round, ruffled neck with bubble sleeves that are elastic at the cuff. It has a floral print and colors that flow beautifully to each tier with a ruffled hem. It runs flowy and the model in the picture is wearing a size small.
